During the 26 years I have been in Real Estate I have earned the designations of GRI- Graduate of Real Estate institute which is a multi-year commitment that requires experience and fine tuned instruction. ABR-This is an accredited buyers representative. CRS- Certified Residential Specialist is the most respected designation in Real Estate. I have also been trained in Short Sale Transactions and have a strong real world knowledge of closing these deals. I am also a Broker Associate and owner with my company Realty Executives of Treasure Valley.
I have three key points that I tell buyers and sellers who are interviewing Realtors. First, I have unique market knowledge of the Treasure Valley area. (Greater metropolitan Boise Idaho) Next, Real Estate transactions can be very difficult. Many roadblocks happen along the way that can delay or stop a purchase or Sale.
